Which data do we process?

When you use the contact form, we process:

• your name and email address
• your phone number (optional)
• whether you are a player, parent, club, manager or agent, organisation or something else
• the subject and content of your message

In addition, your browser stores your language preference and your cookie preference locally. Our hosting provider processes technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver and secure the website.

Why and on what legal basis?

We use your data to answer your question and, if you wish, to prepare an initial conversation or quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and keeping the website secure. We do not use your data for marketing without your consent.

How long do we keep it?

We keep enquiries for 12 months after the last contact, unless we start working together. In that case we keep the data for as long as needed for the collaboration and our legal obligations.

Who do we share it with?

We do not sell your data. We only use service providers that make the website and email work:

• Website hosting: Vercel Inc.
• Sending the contact form by email: Resend
• Our email environment: [email provider]

Some service providers are established outside the European Economic Area. Transfers then take place with appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

We only use necessary storage: your language choice and your cookie preference. We only place analytics cookies with your consent; we currently place none. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. Send your request to info@enginexi.com; we reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).

Young players

Children under 13 can only use the form with the permission of a parent or guardian. We recommend that parents fill in the form themselves. How we process players’ test results is arranged separately with the player, parent or club; see also the FAQ.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
